1.  Solder the board connecting portion of zoom encoder flexible beforehand.

2.  Affix the zoom encoder flexible to the front holding barrel as shown in the figure.

Affix the zoom encoder 
flexible along the stair
while pushing it. 

Front Holding Barrel

1.  Solder the board connecting portion of zoom encoder flexible beforehand.
2.  Affix the zoom encoder flexible to the front holding barrel as shown in the figure.

Apply the adhesive bond (B-40)

Adhesive bond (B-10): J-6082-612-A

After implementing  5-8 Ultrasonic Motor Height Adjustment , apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to four indicated portions of USM holder 
ring.

Apply the 
adhesive bond (B-10) 
to the groove of ring 

Area restricted to apply 
the adhesive bond

Be careful not to catch 
the spring
