Adhesive bond (B-40): J-6082-614-A

1.  While drawing out the flexible PWB and harness of stator through the flexible PWB threading hole of front holding tube, install the 

front holding tube block.

2.  Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of eight screws and fix the front holding tube block with eight screws.

  Tighten four screws diagonally first and then the rest four screws diagonally.

Note:

  Use the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or the equivalent.

 

Do not use the instant glue that becomes white when dried.

1.  Set the flexible substrate setting tape, FH flexible PC board and click plate to the front holding tube and fix them with washers and 

screws.

2.  Apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the location indicated in the figure.

  If too much adhesive bond is applied, it flows in the gap in the click plate and FH flexible PC board and causes no conduction.

3.  Affix the FHB shielding tape as shown in the figure.
4.  Apply the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) to the indicated portion of front holding tube.
5.  Install the focus hold button and the focus hold button base and fix them with a scotch tape until the adhesive bond dries.
