Release Note  

•  FIT191578: Request to Change of SHARP logo on Webtool page 

 

1) Check SHARP logos on both CWS and the Webtool pages: 

All the SHARP logos are replaced with the one with registered mark 

 

•  FIT38810: [POPO] Remove paper from finisher Upper&lower tray msg did not 

1)  Print a 5000pg test file to default output tray. 
2)  The Finisher Upper tray gets full first, after which the offset happens, outputs 

start getting ejected out to the Finisher Lower tray, finisher lower tray also 
gets filled. 

3)  Check the engine LCD and CWS Errors and Alerts: It shows 'Remove paper 

from Finisher Upper and Lower Trays'. 

4)  Clear the outputs from these trays. 

 

Results: The job resumes printing to the Finisher Upper tray, but the message 
still stays. 

•  FIT38568: Color separation issue observed while printing large job with mixed 

1)  Install PS driver and set to Raw 9101 port in client PC.  
2) Send 100 jobs of 100-pages mixed size (Letter&11x17) job PDF file via PS 
driver-Direct queue  
3) Put only 1000 Letter size sheets paper in tray 1, and 1000 sheets 11x17 paper 
size in LCT tray  
4) After 'load paper' message pops-up, put another 1000 Letter and 1000 11x17 
sheets paper in trays and accordingly  
5) Repeat step 4 until the whole job completes printing 

 

Results: Color registration issue observed while printing. This is mostly seen on 
B/W Letter Landscape pages where "Color 11x17 Portrait" text is printed in Cyan 
and Yellow color. The original color of the text on Color 11x17 pages is Green. 

 

•  FIT156263: Fake Paper jam/Misfed message showed in CWS while there is no 

1)   Import test file core_10_b.pdf (1082pages) to CWS Hold queue.
