Place in a flan dish on the turntable. Turn over halfway
through cooking. Stand for 1-2 minutes after cooking.
Place on the rack in a flan dish. Turn over halfway through

turn over and cover with 50g (2oz) grated cheese.
Grill for 4 minutes. No standing time required.
Slice in half. Place on the turntable. Turn over halfway
through cooking. No standing time required.
