   Symptom: 
On rare occasions when certain conditions are met, such as performing continuous 
double-sided copies (100 or more) with a high rate of print density in a hot and humid 
environment when the supply voltage drops (-15%), the surface of the delivery collar 
might get blackened by toner. 
 
 Description: 
The material of the delivery collar used in the fusing unit was changed to one that has a 
high demolding ability. The colour of the delivery collar has also been changed from white 
to black. 
 
 
Note: The delivery collar installed on the upper side of the delivery guide of the left door 
 
 
(P/G 27-2) was not changed.
