2.Symptom
The axis part of the Delivery Roller on the Fuser Unit may cause an abnormal noise in
some cases.
3.Description
1. Interim Action
By adjusting the clearance of the molding die and changing the dimension, the length of
the burring of Delivery Roller Blade Spring has changed.
Since the same Delivery Roller Blade Spring is used for the left door, that has also been
changed at the same time.
For identification, the modified Delivery Roller Blade has a line engraved on the roller
side.  (See the illustration below)
2. Permanent Action
To adopt the rotation using a shaft, the axis part of Delivery Roller is changed and a
Delivery Roller Shaft has been added. The supply of single Delivery Roller to that of a
complete Delivery Roller Unit has been introduced for field action.
For the left door spring, the same part is used, but this will not be changed.
Note) Please do not use the old Delivery Roller Blade Spring (without the engraved line).
4.Action
1. It is implemented from December 2003 production.
2. It is implemented from January 2004 production.
