When the backside of paper is passing through from the ADU, upward curled paper may
stall at the step portion between the bypass unit lower position and the vertical transfer
guide, which results in a JAM on rare occasions.
3.Change:
The Vertical transfer guide R has been changed and a Vertical transfer mylar has been
added in two places.
Note: The vertical transfer mylar cannot be added to the “original” vertical transfer guide
R.
4.Action:
Running change from November 2003 production
