(RED+BLK) close to CRT surface.

Lead Assy, Speaker (RED+BLK) is

sandwiched between DGC & CRT surface

Ensure wires are kept

away from heatsink.

Ensure DGC Connector
is kept behind of black tape

From braided wire
of Earth Assy,
Coating at CRT

Dress Connector

Assy, 7P with cable

tie at alignment hole
A. Make sure end of

cable tie is facing

inwards --> to

prevent rattle sound

Earth Assy, Coating is in

front of DGC before

looping it once around DGC

Ensure Earth Assy, Coatin is close to CRT
surface before making a loop around DGC

Connected

to C board.

Ensure DGC Connector

is kept behind of DGC

DGC Connector in front of DGC before

dress with standing purse lock.

Make sure wire does not touch heatsink

or other high temperature parts

CAUTION:
1. Do not overpull the wires during
dressing --> avoid disconnection of
wires.
2. Make sure wires are kept away from
sharp edges, heatsinks & other high-
temperature parts.
3. Prevent cable tie from touching rear
cover or any enclosures by turning them
away from it --> to avoid ratlle sound &
prevent cable tie from touching solder
side of board.

1) Pull wires towards right
--> to prevent slacking of wire

2) Insert Lead Assy, Speaker (WHT+BLK) followed by
AC Power Cord in CRT support's hook. Make sure Lead
Assy, Speaker (WHT+BLK) is secured behind AC Power
Cord & does not touch heatsinks.

CAUTION:
1. Do not overpull the wires
during dressing --> avoid
disconnection of wires.
2. Make sure wires are kept
away from sharp edges,
heatsinks & other high-
temperature parts.
