1. Install HV cable combi holder to HV Lead Assy 
( Anode Cap) (1x).
2. Dress HV holder combi to DGC with bigger diameter 
hook as shown.

Dress HV Holder perpendicular to CRT surface
and facing horinzontally outwards

Make sure HV cable dress at innner ring of HV holder

11.Dress ECA, Lead Assy, G2 & Focus and with Purse Lock Ø5 as shown.

CAUTION:
1. Make sure the specified position is being followed to avoid HV Lead from 
touching rear cover, heat sink at CV PWB & DY.
2. Make sure the anode cap position is ( 45˚ )

TVSR REQUIREMENT:
A) Spacing between HV cable and conductive part's 
surface---> 1mm/kV or more
B) Spacing between edges of anode cap and conductive 
parts----> 0.5mm/kV or more
C) Spacing between HV cable and enclosure with 
ventilation(I.e. Rear Cover side) --> 10mm or more.

CAUTION:
1. Make sure Purse lock end turn down after dressed
2. Purse lock dressing must be inside of DGC top (refer figure)

TVSR REQUIREMENT
1) Make sure the distance between
connector to FBT and all other high
voltage parts is more than 10mm.

CAUTION :
-Keep DY conn. invertical during dress together with conn. 5P
-The height of the purse lock must be straight with heatsink
(IC503) height to avoid connector touching with Fbt
