SAL18552 (DT 3.5-5.6/18-55 SAM Ⅱ) (DT 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 SAM II)

1.  Set the zoom to the WIDE end.

  If the zoom is set to the TELE end, the front lens barrel will be dislocated. Therefore, never set the zoom to the TELE end.

2.  Set the focus to the near end by rotating. 

 

Set the unit to the near end.

Move the hole of Zoom Cam Sleeve in 
the arrow direction. (Set to the WIDE end.)

3.  Unlock the engagement of the bayonet by moving right and left the zoom barrel assy and shift it in the front lens barrel direction.
4.  Insert the zoom interlocking key in the hole of zoom cam sleeve and hold it.

Remove the bayonet and shift the zoom barrel assy
in the front lens barrel direction.

5.  Return the zoom barrel assy and engage the bayonet with it.
6.  Align the zoom barrel assy with the hole of zoom interlocking key and tighten them with two screws.

Return the zoom barrel assy 
and engage the bayonet with it.

1.  Aligning the pin of fixed sleeve with the pin hole of fixed hold ring, install the fixed hold ring block.

  Insert the projections of front lens barrel in the grooves of focus drive ring.

2.  Fix it with three screws.
