a.  Enter the next destination phone number by repeating step 5a or 5b
as needed.
b.  Allow the fax machine to continue dialing the numbers used in the
list, if you are using a list dial feature of the fax machine.
7.  Repeat step 6 for each destination, as required.

If a new transaction is entered (including all data entries) at the fax
machine while the fax machine is processing the broadcast transactions,
the terminal processes the new transaction and then returns to the
broadcast operation.
The terminal will indicate in the display when it is in Broadcast Mode. If the terminal
sits idle for more than five minutes (default timeout), the terminal will return to
regular fax transmission mode. The Broadcast Mode timeout interval can be changed
in Manager Mode (see "Devices, Fax Properties" section of Chapter 6: Using
Manager Mode
).
Receiving a Fax
Incoming calls to the fax machine pass through the PageCounter terminal. The
terminal can be configured to either record an incoming fax or ignore it by specifying
the incoming fax capture feature as ON or OFF.
When the feature is OFF, the terminal ignores all incoming transmissions. The
detection of an incoming call causes the status message, RINGING, to appear at the
terminal. As the transmission is received, the elapsed time and the number of pages
received are displayed as a background message on the terminal screen. When the
transmission is complete, the terminal returns to Idle Mode without storing the
incoming transaction’s information.
When the feature is ON, the terminal records the incoming transmission and fills all
the data entry fields with default accounting information. This information is
configured for use when the terminal is ordered.
