This section of the document describes those commands that are available on the Popup
Menus. Some commands are the same as those presented on the Main Menu, some have
the same names but may operate with slight differences and others have no equivalent on
the Main Menu.

The Queue List Menu is obtained by right-clicking the mouse on a Queue

The Job List Menu is available by right-clicking a print job.

Several of the commands will be enabled/disabled at different times depending on the
selection made on the interface. Where necessary, examples will be given to assist in the
explanation.

Choosing this command will pause or resume printing. It acts as a toggle. When the tick
character is visible this denotes that the printing is in the paused state.

Choosing this command will purge all the documents from the selected queue. Use this
command with great care as there is no warning dialog nor is there an undo facility.

This command will show the status of the particular device. The dialog gives information
about the device such as media types, consumable levels and finishing options selected. If
the device is offline, the dialog box will indicate what type of error has occurred.
