Introduction
The Callisto Job Manager gives the Network Administrator the ability to monitor the
status of the configured Input and Output Queues. The Job Manager shows all the queues
that are configured on the Callisto Configuration Manager. Furthermore, it shows all the
jobs processed by the Callisto Service, and it allows the Network Administrator to
manually manage jobs by either cancelling, pausing, resuming or moving the jobs between
queues.

If the Status Checking options for a Output Queue are configured in the Callisto
Configuration Manager, then the Job Manager can detect the status of a printer. For
example, if a Printer is offline because the printer it is out of paper, then this out queue
will be highlighted in red. This is very beneficial to administrators as it can indicate if
there is a problem with the printer.
