Delete All Documents
Choosing this command will purge all the documents from the selected queue. Use this
option with great care as there is no warning dialog nor is there an undo facility.

Document Defaults
This command presents the standard Windows Document Default Dialog. Since this
dialog is part of the Windows operating system there maybe a significant delay before it
appears. Patience is therefore required.

Properties
This command presents the standard Windows Printer Properties Dialog. Since this dialog

Paste Job
The companion commands to this are Move Job and Copy Job. When one of these
commands has been chosen Paste Job is enabled. Once the paste process is complete, Paste
Job is disabled.

Pause
Choosing this command will Pause the selected print job(s). The word Paused will appear
under the Status column to show that the status of the job has been paused.

Resume
Choosing this command will Resume the selected print job(s). Any word(s) currently
displayed under the Status column will disappear.

Restart
Choosing this command will Restart the selected print job(s). If the print job is currently
Paused, this option will have no effect until the job is resumed.

Cancel
Choosing this command will Cancel the selected print job(s). Cancelled print jobs will
disappear from the Job Manager.

Move Job
This command is designed to move a print job to another queue. The print job will first be
copied and the Paste Job option on Queue List Menu popup is enabled allowing the job to
be pasted to another queue. Once the paste process has been completed, the job is deleted
from the original queue. Paste Job option can also be found on the Main Menu under
Printers.
