Occasionally, it may be necessary to reorder print jobs if a document suddenly becomes
more urgent than its current position in the queue. To reposition the job such that it will be
printed earlier, click on the queue that holds the job and expose the list of jobs. Select the
document and expose the popup menu. Using the Job Details command, reposition the job
by modifying the Position field in the dialog. Accepting will move the job to the position
chosen.

Several commands are available that operate on the queue. These are accessed via the
popup menu using the right mouse button on the queue of interest. Only some of the
commands are enabled and these are those that relate to printer control.

The Pause Printing command will have a tick beside it if the printer is paused.

Both Document Defaults and Properties are commands that result in the standard
Windows dialogs being presented. Since these dialogs are part of the Windows operating
system there maybe a significant delay before they appear. Patience is therefore required.

There are several commands available that will operate on both single and multiple
documents. These are accessed via the popup menu after first selecting the document with
left mouse button.

To operate on single documents, select the document and choose the command. To operate
on multiple documents, select the documents after first pressing the Shift or Control keys.
Certain commands will not work on multiple documents.

To move a single document to another queue is accomplished by simply dragging it over
to the new queue. If the move is to another server then an error will result. To move
multiple documents, highlight the selected jobs and drag them across to the appropriate
printer.
