This section of the document describes the commands available from the Main Menu
giving detailed information about each and how they relate to each other. Some of the
commands are reflected on the Popup Menus and where this is the case, the commands
will operate in the same way. Several of the commands will be enabled/disabled at
different times depending on the selection made on the interface. Where necessary,
examples will be given to assist in the explanation.

Will shut down the Callisto Job Manager.

Selecting this command refreshes the status of the printers.

This command presents a dialog. The dialog consists an entry box and a check box.

The number is for setting the update rate for renewing the information. The rate is for
updating the Printer Status. The value is currently limited to a range of 5 to 300 seconds.

The check box is for displaying the current timer value in the status bar on the bottom of
the form. The value counts down to zero to give an indication of when the next update is
to take place. De-selecting the check box will hide this value.

These values are not stored so will be reset every time Callisto Job Manger is started.
