14.       PWB Exchange Scheme
The Sharp “PWB exchange scheme” has been developed by Sharp Electronics (UK)
Ltd. and T P Serviceco to offer our Authorised Resellers a fast and effective PWB
repair scheme, ensuring minimum machine downtime.  The scheme also offers
Resellers a diagnostic facility, allowing more than one PWB to be ordered and thus
providing the Technician with a simple fault diagnosis.
The scheme will run for the life of the machine and does not include a warranty
period. PWBs covered by the scheme include IMC, MCU and PSU. Option PWBs
include AR-P11, AR-NC5J and AR-FX4.

found in the Policies section of the Technical Web Site.

Content
This course covers the AR-235 / 275 models, including AR-VR3, AR-SP4,
AR-RP3, AR-D11, AR-D12, AR-TR3, and AR-FN5 options. Connectivity
options AR-P11, AR-NC5J, AR-NS2 and AR-PK1 are covered on the
separate one-day Connectivity course. Explanation of new features for this
model, initial set-up procedures, Key operator function and simulation codes.
Demonstration of Flash ROM Upgrade Procedure. Disassembly / re-
assembly of the product, followed by installation of options AR-D12 (Option
Cassette), AR-RP3 (Reversing Single Pass Feeder) and AR-FN5 (Finisher).
