Time-saving Convenience
The AR-235 and AR-275 scan each page of a
document in one single pass, storing the image
multiple sets of copies in document order.
The collated sets are offset-stacked in the
output tray, making them easy to separate and
distribute.
Paper-saving Performance
As standard, the AR-235 and AR-275 can automatically produce
duplex copies. This highly professional way of presenting documents
significantly reduces paper costs and helps to save filing space.
Automatic Document Feeding
To eliminate the tedious task of placing and turning over pages by
hand when making copies, the AR-235 and AR-275 can be equipped
with a Reversing Single Pass Feeder (RSPF).
And, should you only need to copy single-sided
originals, there’s a Single Pass Feeder (SPF)
available. Either of the optional feeders can handle up to 30 sheets,
Large Storage Capacity
As standard, both the AR-235 and AR-275 will hold 1,100
sheets in two 500-sheet paper drawers and a 100-sheet multi-bypass
feeder. The latter allows use of heavy paper weights and media such
as transparencies, while its large capacity ensures you don’t have to
keep adding paper. For added functionality, both
paper trays that increase capacity to 2,100 sheets,
making it easy to access different sizes, colours and types of paper.
Automatic Document Stapling
For ultimate user convenience, the AR-235 and AR-275 can be fitted
with a Finisher that staples sets of documents up to A3 and 30 pages
in size. With this option installed, documents are ready to distribute
straight from an output tray which holds up to 1,000 sheets –
so, there’s no need to collate, sort or staple by hand.

Thanks to advanced editing functions, the AR-235 and AR-275 can
digitally alter your output in many ways. The copy can be enlarged or

Easy Document Handling

slightly offsets each print job, making it easy to locate and retrieve

Finisher will automatically staple your printed documents ready for

language emulation’s ensuring that fonts and graphics can be

optional AR-PK1 PS3 Option provides support for PostScript 3.
Support is even provided for barcode printing via the AR-PF1 Barcode
Font Option.
In-built Network Management
The AR-235 and AR-275 are extremely easy to manage within
Windows network environments. Sharp’s unique Printer
Administration Utility software provides network managers with a
sophisticated monitoring tool, enabling print status to be checked
directly from a server. Support is also provided for users. A range of
conditions – such as low toner or paper – can be seen directly on
their PC screens. This intelligent, in-built support helps ensure that
the AR-235 and AR-275 keep performing to their full capabilities. For
the ultimate in Network Management, the AR-235 and AR-275 also
support Sharp E-mail Reporter diagnostics.

Efficient Document Management
The AR-NS2 Network Scanner Option turns the AR-235 and AR-275
into powerful network scanners. With the same convenience as
copying, users can scan any paper-based documents up to A3 in size,
instantly converting them into digital files in the process.
Once scanned, documents can be forwarded directly to desktop PCs*
