When the System Maintenance Menu is displayed, use the up and down arrow keys to move
the highlight bar to System Configuration and press ENTER.  Alternatively, you can select a
function by pressing the number beside the File Maintenance option.

To return to the System Maintenance Menu, press the 

 key on the number pad, usually

positioned at the top right-hand corner of the keyboard.

The following options are available on the System Configuration Menu :-

Modifiers  -  To set up the modifier keys for  items that you  want to register in non-standard
quantities.

Payment Types  -  The payment methods you require may be set  up and maintained using
this function.

Function Control  -  To set up the terminal controls for the keyboard functions.

Special Data Keys  -  The special data keys may  be reviewed in this function for use  in
maintenance of the keyboard files. The special data keys are relevant to A850 terminals.

Happy Hour Period  -  To set up and maintain the “Happy Hour” parameters.

Till Parameters  -  To set up and maintain the essential terminal parameters for each terminal
on the site.

System Parameters  -  To set up and maintain the system parameters.
