1) Dress Lead Assy, Jumper according to the green route.
=> Ensure Lead Assy, Jumper is dress away from shield case in the boxed area.
=> Ensure Lead Assy, Jumper is dress below Conn Assy, 5P (YUV).
2) Make sure wires are kept away from sharp edges, heatsinks & other high-temperature parts

Make sure Conn Assy, 5P

does not touch resistor, R121

Make sure the Connector Assy, 5P

is kept close to board surface.

Make sure the UL tape is 

positioned at the sharp edge 

of shield case to prevent wire 

from being scratched

Keep Lead Assy, Jumper 

away from shield case -->

Dress AC Power Cord with Standing Purse

Lock, followed by Lead Assy, Earth.

540 ± 5 mm

Pull AC Power Cord towards right to prevent
slacking, then dress wire with Pin, Wire A016
above capacitors' height as shown --> prevent
from touching high temperature parts

AC Power Cord

Lead Assy, Earth

Keep wires above of RY600

Connector Assy, 3P

Keep Connector Assy, 3P above of
AC Power Cord & Lead Assy, Earth.

Keep wires above of RY600 ---> to avoid wires from being
sandwiched with front terminal when docking chassis.
