Grease (FT-210): 7-640-018-91

1.  Apply the grease (FT-210) to the indicated portion of AF linkage ring.

1.  Apply the grease (G-85) and the grease (FT-210) to the indicated portion of rotary barrel assy.

1.  Apply the grease (G-48) and the grease (FT-210) to the indicated portion of AF linkage ring.

MF Linkage Barrel

Bond (B-10) : J-6082-612-A

1.  Install the rotor (SSM assembly) and 3 pieces of stopper pin. 
2.  Install the stator (SSM assembly), nylon sheet, resin ring, fine same, rubber pressure plate, pressure plate and SSM wave washer 
3.  Tighten 3 bayonet screws and apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the screw heads (3 locations). 

  Never touch the slip surface of stator (SSM assembly) and resin surface (black coated surface) of rotor (stator set). 

  When installing the stator (SSM assembly), place the flexible board (stator) and flexible board (relay board) as shown in the 

figure. 

  Install the resin ring, facing the concave side up and the convex side down. 

  Install the SSM wave washer and pressure plate, facing their concave sides down and their convex sides up.

  Be careful for their valley folds not to overlay on the flexible board (stator).
