Used to set YES/NO of error resend mode.
When, however, SW43-1 (V.34 mode function) is OFF or when 
SW34-1 (V.34 mode function) is ON and send is made other than 
SG3, ECM setting of “NO” is valid.
Since the ECM function is essential in V.34 mode and the remote 
machine may perform checking, when SW43-1 (V.34 mode 
function) is ON, this function is invalid in reception.
