Lists - Qualifier/Extra:
The qualifier and/or extra list can be used for any product (part of a
condiment) which requires additional selection for cooking instructions and so on. Enter the number
of the list, which contains the qualifiers and/or extras for the item. Use of qualifier or extra lists does
not interfere with any other “chain” of linked lists from which the item is selected. Alternatively, leave
the field blank.

Mix and Match Offer
: Enter the code to identify the mix and match offer you want to assign to this
product, 1-50. Where there is to be no mix and match offer associated with this product, enter a zero.
Mix and Match Bucket:
Enter the code, A-E, to identify the mix and match bucket to which this
product is assigned. A corresponding field in the relevant mix and match offer (as above) specifies
the quantity of this product which must be sold at the terminal in order to qualify for the mix and match
‘offer product’.

You can use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to any field you have entered and
change the details.

When you are satisfied the details are correct, press END to add the product to the file.
CHANGING A PRODUCT

Use the S, B, N, or P options to locate the product details you want to change.

Press C to change the details of the product displayed on the screen. The change option allows
any field to be amended, except the product code and the modifier code.

Use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to the required field and enter the new
details as described in adding a Product above.

When you are satisfied the details are correct, press END to amend the record on file.
ECHOING A PRODUCT

Use the S, B, N, or P options to locate the product details you want to duplicate.

Press E to create a new record, which has the same details as the product currently, displayed on
the screen, except for the PLU code and barcode.

Enter a unique PLU code for the product, as described in Adding a Product above.

You may change the other details of the product by using the up and down arrow keys to move
the cursor to the required field and entering the new details as described in Adding a Product
above.

NOTE: The mix and match function is supported at terminals, which are in ‘Checkout’ mode, as
set in Till Parameters.
NOTE: Where you do not know the list number, you can press F2 to display the list numbers
and names. Use the page up and down keys to locate the list number required. Move
the highlight to the list number using the up and down arrow keys and press ENTER to
select the list number.
