When purchased from Sharp UK the PartnerTech OT-200 comes with a 2 year 
warranty. 
 
For repairs, go to the UK RMA webpage and complete the RMA form online. 
 
Print off a hard copy of the RMA form and attach to each product for 
return/repair. 
 
A copy will be emailed automatically to the Partnertech repairs team. Unless 
the parts are out of stock / unavailable, Partner tech aim to resolve repair 
requests within 5 working days.
