can set the "last order" date in Back office. When an EOD is taken only this
data will appear.
9.3 “PLU Memory Full” message
Q. We are using an X300 with 3,010 EAN products and the above message
appeared, what is the maximum number of EAN
A. It depends on the amount of RAM and CF card size that is available, but
we have tested 10,000 codes with the optional 256CF card and 256m RAM.
There are working sites with over 3,500 products with no memory or speed
performance issues.
9.4 “PLU Memory Full” message
Q.
 We are using an X300 with 3,010 EAN products and the above message
appeared, how do we resolve the message problem.
A. There is a setting in one of the ini files, Mfull.ini (HD2\X300\Windows)
MaxPLU=3000 please change this to accommodate your total number of
products.
10. Hardware Questions
10.1 The Cash Drawer does not fire
Q. I have established that the hardware is at fault but which component is
most likely to have failed?
A. If both drawers are faulty it is likely that the Drawer Fuse has failed (F3
VHQRXE040++-1) it is situated on the Main PWB next to drawer connector 1
CN30, This is a Poly Switch type fuse also available from RS Spares as
product number RXE040.
