The course is intended for members of support staff, who have
previous experience on the Sharp mid range of ECR/EPoS products.
The courses will build on the knowledge the attendee has already
gained from either attending previous Sharp courses or from
experience supporting Sharp ECR. After completing the course the
support staff should be able to configure a complete working
networked system. They should be in a position to support live sites
to provide technical assistance when required.
Course Overview
The course is intended to cover the new technology used on the
UP3300. Particular attention will be paid to the touch screen
functionality, and to the new features not previously available on
models prior to the UP3300.
Hands on practical exercises should make it easier for both sales
and technical staff to gain a better understanding of the workings and
functionality of the POS.
A series of hotline queries will be shown and a test will be given
based around these slides and other information given during the
course.
