UP3300/01 Magnetic Card
for Server sign-on
As an alternative to using “Real Clerk Keys” it is possible to use the Magnetic Card
Reader UP-E12MR2 and Mag Cards for Server Sign-on the UP3300/01
General;
The UP-E12MR2 can be fitted to the UP3300/01 and by
assigning Employees to Clerks in Program mode you are now
able to use swipe the “Mag Card” to operate the ECR under
Clerk control.
Requirements;
UP-E12MR2, Magnetic Cards (local purchase, track 2 is used to
read the employee code)
Programming;
From MRS, the only program requirement is to assign an
Employee to Clerk code.
PGM-2, SETTING, PERSONNEL, EMPLOYEE, from here swipe the
card and assign a Clerk code
Registration;
Swipe the card and the Clerk will be displayed and can operate
the UP3300/01.
