There is a message at the bottom of the screen which says F5 to edit
default page attributes and plus or minus for next or previous page.
  
The default colour selection box is highlighted, if you press F5 a sub
menu will appear, with the full selection of colours you can use to set up
the various keys. This is useful if there are a few keys that are to be set
the same colour, as it may be quicker to set the default colour for the
whole page here rather than selecting individual keys.

The size of the key text can also be set. There are 2 sizes 1 or 2.
If using size 2 you should have a large key. The setting here would be
the default for the whole page, but can then be overwritten for individual
keys later.

To assign the individual keys you would press C for change and a sub
menu will appear at the bottom of your screen.

Pressing the space bar or entering the numeric value will change the
key type.

You are then asked for the value of that type. For example if you want to
assign list 1 to this key select list for type then number 1 for the value.

The type will change by pressing the space bar, these are the same as
we mentioned earlier.

The text to be entered can be up to 3 lines per key and 7 characters per
line. The text entered will be automatically centred on the key top.

The next selection is the key top colour here you can select the
foreground and background colours for each individual key.

Then finally for the UP5700 keyboard you can select the size of the text
for each individual key top.

Although we have looked at the procedures for setting up the keys on
the top level trading area, These procedures are the same for all of the
other area’s and indeed they are very similar to the list programming.
