3.6 System Menu
The System Menu is used for the set-up during the first
installation or in case of changed data on the ECR, for example:
changing an article, the location, LUPLUs, …

Update Database
Update database is used to synchronize the database of the
ORDERSOLUTION to the POS.

Table Setup
Within the Table Setup you can constrain the number of tables
that can be served by this hand-held.
E.g.:
Waiter 1 should serve table 1 to 5 (table 6 to 10 is locked for his
hand-held) and
Waiter 2 should serve table 6 to 10 (table 1 to 5 is locked for his
hand-held).
It is possible to set up or lock up to 999 tables.
Enable All:
Sets all tables “ON” (all tables may be opened).
Disable All:
Sets all tables “OFF” (no table may be opened).
Modify Single:
Shows a menu where single tables can be set “ON” or “OFF”.
Use the arrow keys to navigate through all available tables.

Set a range of tables. You must enter the start table (e.g. 1) and the end table (e.g. 10) to set
this range to “ON” (table 1 to 10 enabled).
Reset Range:
Reset a range of tables. Use the same sequence as in “set range” to disable a certain range of
tables.

KP (Kitchen Printer) Redirect
This function can be used to redirect the printer output of ordered articles.
Please note: setting the destination "default" always uses the default printer set up (due to
system definition it is not possible to redirect to no printer). This feature has to be supported
by the host.

This feature is not working on the hand-held if the “Free table Numbers” feature
on the Host / ECR is enabled.
