3. Loosen exhausting fan fixing screw (1 piece) all the way and open the exhausting fan to your side.
4. Loosen lamp unit fixing screws (3 pieces) all the way and pull up the lamp unit horizontally.
5. Air filter is pulled off sliding to your side.

6. After replacing lamp unit and air filter to the new ones, install the "air filter/lamp unit cover" with reversed procedure.

Lamp hour meter is reset automatically by projector.
Make sure that the air filter is installed. If not, the projector may fail with inducting dust.

5. 3. 3. Air filter maintenance
1. The replacement air filter is packed with the replacement lamp.
Replace the air filter at the same timing of lamp replacement.
2. When the air filter is clogged, the projector shuts down with "TEMP indicator" of blinking in red color.
This is because the internal temperature is too high.
3. Depending on the use environment state of the projector, there is the case that periodical cleaning needs.
When it gets too hard to remove the dust, it is time for replacement. [ Air Filter : TXFMZ01VKC6 ]
Replace the air filter at the same timing of lamp replacement.

1. Confirm that the lamp unit is cooled down. ( More than 1 hour has passed after the power is off.)
2. Open exhausting fan to your side following the item 1 to 3 of "5.3.2. Replacement procedure of lamp unit".
3. Pull out the air filter to your side by sliding.
4. Clean the dust on air filter by vaccum cleaner.

5. After re-installing the cleaned air filter, re-install the "Air filter/Lamp unit cover" with the reverse procedure.

Follow the procedure below to initialize the password to the default "AAAA".
1. While menu lock password is shown on the screen, press ‘AUTO SETUP’ button on remote controller or operation
panel for more than 2 seconds.
