6. 2. Troubleshooting flow
* The letters in the left of inspection items indicate the P.C. Boards or Modules related to their respective descriptions.
* Inspection should be done with the rear cover attached. (inter lock detection)

Note:
Connect properly.

Power does not turn ON. (The power indicator does not light in red.)
Pin4 voltage of A5 connector is about 3.3V.

P Replace P PCB.
* If the rear cover is not attached well, inter- lock will work.
Confirm each cable connection.
K1～PF1、P2～A3/A4、P4～A5
K1～PF1、P2～A3/A4、P4～A5
Connect the connectors or install the cover properly.

■ Lamp does not turns ON. (LAMP LED blinks 3 times)
This may caused by AC voltage down or temporary poer failure. Please check power supply side.
This may happen when tried to power on just after poer off (high temperature). Power up with the cooled down condition.

Replace A PCB.
Confirm the each cable connection
P2 to thermo fuse to B1 A6 to Q3

Cable between P2 and B1 (Thermo fuse is blown)

Confirm the voltage below with STANDBY/ON LED is
green.
Ballast B1 connector Pin 1 to 3 : DC380V
green.
Ballast B1 connector Pin 1 to 3 : DC380V
Replace P PCB
Confirm lamp unit condition
Replace lamp unit
B
Confirm the voltage below with STANDBY/ON LED is
green.
Ballast B1 connector Pin 4 to 3 : DC18V
green.
Ballast B1 connector Pin 4 to 3 : DC18V
P2 to thermo fuse to B1, A6 to Q3
B Replace B PCB.
