6.3  Electric Fast Transient/BURST 

 

6.3.1  Measurement procedure 

 
A ground reference plane was located on the floor.   
EFT generator was connected to reference ground plane via low impedance 
connection. 
For floor standing equipment, EUT was placed on a 0.8 m wooden table.   
For tabletop equipment, EUT was placed on a wooden table(0.8m) 
above the reference plane.
