Please refer to Block diagram on page 25 in the Service manual.
There are two LED (D16, D17) by SYSTEM CONTROLLER.
When SYSTEM CONTROLLER is booting, red LED is lit a moment.
When SYSTEM CONTROLLER starts to operate correctly, blue LED is lit.
In normal operation, red LED is lit a moment only when you turns on the set.
Next, blue LED is lit continuously.

You can confirm SYSTEM CONTROLLER operation by these LED.
If blue and red LEDs are lit continuously, please check the soldering or pattern of
data communication line between SYSTEM CONTROLLER (U1) and FLASH
MEMORY (U4) well.

You can confirm SYSTEM CONTROLLER operation by FL display, too.
It takes more than 30 seconds to show the clock time on FL display after
supplying the power from AC-NW50.

As the operating system is similar to Personal Computer, the waiting time is also
