When AC-NW50 is connected with DVP-NW50, DC14V is supplied to DVP-
NW50.

Then, +3.3V REG (U101) and +1.8V REG (U13) starts to supply the operation
voltage of System controller (U1).

+5V REG (U14) outputs I2TO5VCC to RESET (U10).
Then, RESET (U10) outputs reset signal to SYSTEM CONTROLLER (U1).
By input of this reset signal, SYSTEM CONTROLLER (U1) boots up.
When System controller (U1) boots up, red LED is lit by 98 pin of U1.
