When trouble is found in the table stop and the detection of the 
disc, or the adjustment part is taken apart, it is necessary to do the 
following adjustments over again.

A long screwdriver is necessary to “Table sensor adjustment”.

1-3.  Wiring for adjustment
The oscilloscope and the harness are prepared.

It is easy to work when the harness (wire with the connector) like 
fi gure above is made. It is possible to substitute it by measuring the 
waveforms of JL5021 and JL5022 by the short-circuit of JL5020 
and JL5024 when there is no harness.

1-4.   Entering the mechanical adjustment mode
Procedure:
1.  Step 1-3 is connected and the power cord of the set is inserted.
2.  The message “ADJUST MODE” is appears on the fl uorescent 

indicator tube.

3.  Press the [

] button, The message “TABLE_ADJUST *” is 

appears on the fl uorescent indicator tube, and entering table 
adjust mode.

 Press

] button, The message “DISC_ADJUST *” is ap-

pears on the fl uorescent indicator tube, and entering disc sen-
sor adjust mode. 

 

Press the [

x

] button, The message “ADJUST_MODE *” is 

appears on the fl uorescent indicator tube, and return the adjust-
ment menu.
