1. Inspection Method
1) Click [MR WavesCheck (Manual)].
2) The waveform is displayed on the window.
3) Make sure that the waveform is displayed as Fig. 4-10-5. Then click the [OK].

1) If [MR WavesCheck (Manual)] is not good, check that the GMR flexible board is installed correctly.

If the error amount is larger than the reference value, perform [Write
