Adhesive bond (B-60): J-6082-616-A
1.
Affix the rear light shield barrel to flexible set tape as shown in the figure.
2.
Affix the rear light shield barrel to main flexible unit as shown in the figure. (Based on the position of figure)
Note:
When handling the main flexible unit, take care static electricity.
3.
Apply the adhesive bind (B-60) to the instruction part as shown in the figure
Note:
Attach the tape (fixed auxiliary use) to the main flexible unit to the rear light shield barrel as illustrated, please wait until
stiffening at night.
4.
Apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of 3 screws shown in figure and tighten the screws.
5.
Attach the ground spring as shown in the figure.
6.
Attach the main flexible unit to the rear light shield barrel with with two screws as shown in the figure.
