CAUSE
Protection circuit is effected by noise generated as the power factor circuit starts up.
ACTION
Whenever you receive one of the models listed above for service carry out the
following circuit improvement.

DO NOT allow the wire to touch any part of the white line that indicates the border
between the primary and secondary sides of the power supply.

Ensure that the maximum height of the connection to Q751 and PC701 is no
greater than 3mm.
