Note: Please note that one off server license of ZyFIND is bundled with the SharpFind system. This is typically used by a Key
User or Administrator. A second ZyFIND license is installed on the SharpFind server itself and can be used locally or remotely
by using the bundled Net Support Manager software. Further ZyFIND licenses can be obtained for an additional charge.
13  What security within the system is required?

(This is ZyWEB security performed through the web home page and not Windows 2000 security)

Windows 2000 IIS Basic Authentication / Clear Text
(User Name / Password IIS security – Note that the passwords are sent across the network in a clear text format)

Windows 2000 IIS Integrated Windows Authentication / Challenge Response
(User Name / Password IIS security – Passwords are not sent across the network as a token is transmitted)
Please note that Integrated Windows Authentication/Challenge Response security cannot be used with the web interface if files
are stored away from the SharpFind server.  If Integrated Windows Authentication/Challenge Response security is needed all
documents should be stored on the SharpFind server.

Note: A copy of Net Support Manager is bundled with the system and can be used to control the SharpFind system remotely.
With the correct network infastructure in place, you could control SharpFind over the local network, over a WAN or through a
telephone/modem connection.
15  Do you wish to take advantage of Remote Dial-in SharpFind Support?
