Disengage the spring from the screw to release the spring
pressure. (MX-RB15)
NOTE:  The spring pressure is very high. Be careful of the

pressure when removing and attaching the spring.

Remove the resin C-ring, and remove the gear, the parallel
pin, and the belt. (MX-RB15)
NOTE: When the gear is removed, the parallel pin may drop

easily. Be careful not to lose it.

8)

Remove the screw, the positioning pin, the spring (MX-RB15),
and the rotary dumper unit

 

(MX-RB18). Remove the upper

decurler unit.

Note for assembling the rotary dumper unit
Be sure to check that the triangle mark in the gear section of the
rotary dumper unit is in position as shown in the photo before
assembling.
If the gear is not in position, turn the gear to set it in position before
assembling.
