Work procedure:
1. Insert Poly sliders (x2) into the boss of BK drive frame As.
2. Install BK drive frame As.
*Securely fit the pawl and boss of BK drive frame As into the main drive frame.
*When conducting the work for inserting Poly slider, please make sure the insertion location and QTY are correct.
*Please make sure that the sintered bearing is inserted into the drive farme.
*When conducting this work, please be careful not the harness of the clutch to be caught.
* Belt tooth side must not be damaged.
2. Install BK drive frame As.
*Securely fit the pawl and boss of BK drive frame As into the main drive frame.
*When conducting the work for inserting Poly slider, please make sure the insertion location and QTY are correct.
*Please make sure that the sintered bearing is inserted into the drive farme.

There should not be any clearance
between BK drive frame and Main drive frame.
