How can I increase the size of the ‘Day Sequence’ or Order number on the 

receipt and Bill.

A) In order to turn on the increased font size the following setting needs to be 
added to the c:\vpro\data\tillxxx\s2001.ini file on each Pos

19. Price levels 
Q) When shifting to a price level that contains a zero price is it possible to use 

the default price1 price. 

A) Yes. To enable this add the following setting to the 
C:\Vpro\data\tillxxx\s2001.ini file 

PRICE_0_USEDEFAULT=1 

 
20. New Balance / NBAL 

Q) Does SharpPOS have an NBAL feature 

A) Yes, from Version 4.1.521 a new function F125 New Balance has been added. 

 
21. Wastage Report 

Q) Can the items that have been wasted be included on the reports 

A) Yes. 
Within VPM – Configure – External interface – Cashrsp - Cashrsp vers set to 10 a 

cashrsp file will be produced when the Wastage function 98 has been performed. 
The wastage report can be part of the existing cash, server and product reports. 
In particular: 

- wastage total in Cash Reports (X, session/till and house) - "Activity Section" 
(not broken down by PLU) 
- wastage per PLU in PLU report 
- wastage totals in Server Reports (not broken down by PLU) 

 
To include one or more of these add the following setting to the 
C:\Vpro\data\till001\s2001.ini file (on Master only) 

WASTAGEINREPORTS=cps 
where c is 1 for inclusion in cash reports (otherwise 0) 
where p is 1 for inclusion in product reports (otherwise 0) 

where s is 1 for inclusion in server reports (otherwise 0) 
Example. 
WASTAGEINREPORTS=111 

 

22. Loyalty check 
Q) Is it possible to remove the ‘0’ points from the loycheck screen 

A) Yes, by adding the line LOYSHOWPOINTS=0 to the S2001.ini file
