SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
System Parameters
Max PLUs:  Enter the maximum number of PLU records you want to hold on the product file,
four digits are available.
Max Servers:  Enter the maximum number of server records you want to hold on the server
file, three digits are available.
Max Tables:  Enter the maximum number of table records you want to hold on the table file,
three digits are available.
Day Number:  The current day number (1-7) is displayed by the system.  The day number is
increased by one each time the  End of Day processing is performed on the master terminal.
On day 7 the End of Day processing will include the end  of week and the day number will
automatically be reset to 1.
Week Number:  The current week number (1-53) is displayed by the system.  The week
number is increased by one each time the  end of week processing (part of End of Day) is
performed on the master terminal.  At the end  of the year, the system will reset the week
number to 1.
End-of-Week Day:  Enter the number of the day (1-7) on which you want the system to
perform the end-of-week processing.  Please note that if this field is set to 0 (zero), no end of
week processing will take place.
NOTE:
Where a day number is entered, day 1 is Monday, day 2 is Tuesday, day 7 is
Sunday and so on.
Report Flags:  Up to sixteen report flags may be set, numbered from left to right.  Use the left
or right arrow keys to move the cursor to the appropriate setting.  Press the SPACEBAR to set
the flag to Y, and  the report will be produced automatically at the end  of day/week.
Alternatively, press the SPACEBAR to set the flag to N, the report will be stored on the system
and can be selected and printed from the  Reports Menu on the terminal.  The flags relate to
the following reports:-

End of Day PLU sales.
3
End of Day Department sales.

End of Day Server sales.

End of Week PLU sales.

End of Week Department sales.

System Flags:  Up to sixteen system flags may be set, at present one flag is in use.  Use the
left or right arrow keys to move the cursor to the appropriate setting.  Press the SPACEBAR to
set the flag to Y to receive update files from a host computer or transmit information to the
host during the end of day processing.  All terminals will be updated with the new information
on the appropriate date.  Alternatively, press the SPACEBAR to set the flag to N.

change the details.

When you are satisfied the details are correct, press END to save the changes and return to
the menu.
