Printer 1-3:  Up to three dispense printers are supported.  Enter the number of one location at
which orders from this terminal will be printed.  These fields are usually set on installation of
the system and should not be changed unless instructed to do so.

Auditing:  Press the SPACEBAR to select Y and audit the information, or select N.  The
information you want to audit is specified by setting one or more audit options to Y and also
taking into account the options you have set  to audit in the function file.  However, there are
some functions which the system will audit compulsorily.  The audit options are as follows:-

All

-

All functions.

Selected

-

The functions you have set to audit in the function file and the compulsory
functions.

Table

-

Each table transaction (table number and total).

Transact

-

All transactions (totals at close of transaction).

Items

-

Each item sold at the terminal (with non-zero price) and transaction totals.

To logfile

-

The functions you have set  to log in the function file and  the compulsory

functions.

Cash Declaration:  Press the SPACEBAR to select YES and use the cash declaration facility
when a session is closed on this terminal, or select NO.  Press ENTER to confirm the selection
and move onto the next field.

Logfile size:  Enter the maximum size of the log file on this terminal, up to 16K.  The system
hold two log files; current and previous.  Selected functions are stored until the current log file
is full, then the file will be written to the previous log file and the current log file will be cleared
to start logging again.

Keyboard file no:  Enter the number of the keyboard you want to implement on this terminal.
The keyboard number must be valid (already set up in the keyboard file).

GLU transactions:  Enter the maximum number of GLU transactions allowed on this terminal
in any one day, up to 99.  To disable GLU transactions on this terminal, enter 0 (zero).  The
transactions will be stored in a file on the  master terminal and may  be exported to another
software package for payment, for example, a hotel system.

Receipt Messages:  Up to three lines of 40 characters are available for you  to enter a
message which will be printed on the customer receipts.

Bill Messages:  Up to three lines of 40 characters are available for you  to enter a message
which will be printed on the customer bills.

You can use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to any field you have entered and
change the details, apart from the till number.

When you are satisfied the details are correct, press END to save the changes and return to
the menu.
