DAILY FILES
Description
There are various files ending in DAILY.
These are used to store the sales figures for the particular file
type, for example PLU DAILY will store the sales data for PLUs.
Consequences
Sales reports would contain no data or appear incorrect

TERM FILES
Description
There are various files ending in TERM.
These are used to store the X2/Z2 sales figures for the particular
file type, for example PLU TERM will store the X2/Z2 sales data
for PLUs.
Consequences
X2/Z2 Sales reports would contain no data or appear incorrect

CLERK DEPARTMENT FILE
Description
These files will store Department sales data by Clerk.
The machine can then produce a report of Department sales by
Clerks.
Consequences
If these files are not created there  will  no Department Sales data
reported in the Clerk Reports.

PROMOTION SALES
Description
This file allows the sales of promo PLUs in one transaction.
(For e.g. if set to 5 the machine will only allow for 5 promo linked
PLUs to be sold in any one transaction.)
Consequences
Promotion Function may not operate as desired.
