2.1 Itemised Bill
Q. How do you setup the system so that you can present an ITEMISED bill
(GCRECEIPT) bill to the customer prior to finalisation.
A. There is a new service line 986 B=4 then perform the following operation.

2.2 Bill printing
Q. Is it possible to produce a Bill after I have finalised a Table and signed off.
A. It is now possible to Select the GCRCPT button after table finalisation and sign off.
2.3 Printer fault
Q. I am using a TM-88III as my receipt printer but when a receipt is issued the
printer prints garbage.
A. You need to set the Baud-rate of the printer to be 19200 Bps.
All the TM-T88 Dip switches should be set to OFF
2.3 Logo Printing
Q. I am using a TM-88III with a logo as my Receipt printer, but the logo but the
cutter is activated half way through the logo.
A. Set the setting PGM/SRV – Setting – Device Config – HEADER LOGO PRINT –
needs to be set to Each Issue.
2.4 Receipt Printing
Q. Can I set the receipt to print the items on 1 line.

2.5 Logo Utility
Q. What are the logo image parameters for the UP-810 logo utility
A. Header Logo is Height: 90 dots Width; 576 dots
Footer logo is Height: 130 dots Width; 576 dots

A. Select – PGM2 – Setting – Device Config – Built-in Printer – IMAGE FOOTER =
