PGM2 - Setting - Optional - Function Select1 - LEVEL SHIFT TYPE = AUTO
PGM2 - Setting - Optional - Function Select1 - LEVEL RETURNTIMING = ITEM
SRV - Setting - System Preset -980-C =4
1.15 Condiments
Q. Can I make condiment entries compulsory.
A. Yes, Within the PGM2 – Setting – Article – PLU/EAN you can set the Main item ie.
Steak to be Condiment compulsory. The only way to exit the Condiment is via the
Cancel key this cannot be disabled.

Q. How many PLU menu‟s can I have
A. Max 50

A. Yes Service line 980C=1
1.18 Link PLU
Q. Is it possible to create a product called Dinner Bed and Breakfast and for a
portion of this to be assigned to another department.
A. Yes. Setup a Link PLU table as follows
PLU 1 - Dinner Bed n Breakfast
- Price = Zero Price
- Menu type is LINK
- Combo#/Link# = 01
PLU 2 - Accomodation

Price = £60
-
Department 1
PLU 2 - Food
-
Price = £30
-
Department 2

When PLU 1 is sold it will sell at the combined total of the items within the Link Plu
menu. The department report will show 1 x Dept 1 £60 and 1 x Dept 2 £30
The diner bed and breakfast will also report to its assigned dept, this can be
assigned to a Hash dept.
One of the differences between Link PLU‟s and Combo menu‟s is that Link plu‟s are
not itemised on the Bill.
