4.4.9
Fax Messages
Available in the Article Options.
If supported by the POS, up to two fax messages can be linked
to an article.
A fax message can be used to send a handwritten instruction to
the POS.
The fax icon (see icon section) indicates that a fax message is
related to an article. Fax messages may require a longer time to
be transmitted to the POS depending on the size of the message. After a fax messages is
transmitted to the POS it cannot be changed or displayed on the hand-held anymore.
Please note that fax messages may not be supported by your ECR.
Fax messages can also be created without ordering an article via the fax function in the
Extended Functions Menu or by calling the fax function via the MenuCard, before an
item is ordered.

Deleting not ordered items (not sent to the ECR)
Available in the Ordered Items List.
Tap and move left = delete the article.
The article is removed from the Ordered Items List.

Deleting ordered items (sent to the ECR)
Available in the Ordered Items List.
Tap and move left = delete the article.
The article will be ordered as void article. The ordered and the void article will be
displayed.

Split a Bill
By setting the SplitMode flag in the UserFlags (see UserFlags section) the appearance of
the Split menu can be changed.
If the flag is NOT set, the Default Split Menu is displayed.

Select the Split Bill Function in the Extended Functions Menu.

Select the items to move by tapping them.
The selected items are moved to the second
list below (Items To Split List).
