Group Window
The Group Window allows the navigation through groups
and the selection of items.
Enter the Group Window in Table View by selection of the
Order Button for a hierarchical / look up PLU view
(dependant on the system configuration) or through the
Extended Functions Menu for the complete group list by
selecting the Group Button. Please note that the Order
Button may be assigned to either the predefined Major
Groups or the predefined Look Up PLU Groups of
the ECR via the ORDERSOLUTION Configurator (OSC).

Ordering Items in the Group Window:
• Tap and move up = article + 1.
• Tap and move right opens the multiplier input field. Enter the amount to order.
• Tap and move down = article – 1.
• Tap and move left = reset the article.
• Tap and move down, right up = order article and close list.
• Tap and move right/left = count up.

The groups on the hand-held can be setup with minimum and
maximum conditions and with items that are ordered automatically
if the list is opened. The setup of the lists depends on the way they
are programmed on the ECR. E.g. you have to order at least three
items out of the list but you must not order more than five items, or
you setup a menu. The main dish is fixed but a starter or a dessert
may be selected.
An example for a list containing a min/max conditions can be
found on the right hand side. As long as the minimum condition is not fulfilled, the number of
items that have to be ordered is displayed. In this example, two
items more are required. The list cannot be closed, until the
minimum is reached.
As soon as the minimum is reached, the confirm button is displayed.
Now the list can be closed or more items can be ordered.

removed.
