4.4.1

  Quantity 

Available in the Article Options. 
Tap the article and then Quantity. Now you can enter the needed amount. 
Next to the items in the Ordered Items List the multiplier icon is displayed  
(see The table view). 

4.4.2

  Cooking Instructions 

Available in the Article Options.  
(Cook in the Article Options).Tap the article and click Cook. Now you can select a pre-
defined cooking instruction or enter a manual cooking instruction by clicking Manual 
Cooking. Now the cooking instruction icon is displayed on the left of the article (see The 
table view). 

4.4.3

  Seat Number 

Available in the Article Options. 
Assign a seat number for the article. 

4.4.4

  Condiments 

Available in the Article Options. 
Tap the article then Condiment. Now select the Condiment Group and select the 
condiment. The condiment icon is displayed on the left of the article 
(see The table view). 

4.4.5

  Category 

Available in the Article Options. 
Assign a category (ECR pre-defined) to the article.  

4.4.6

  Modifier 

Available in the Article Options. 
Assign a modifier (Normal, Half, Double) to the article. This option will only be shown if 
one of the modifiers Half or Double is defined for this article in the ECR.  

4.4.7

  Adjustment 

Available in the Article Options. 
Tap the article then Adjust and select one of the pre-defined adjustments (first 
number) in the ECR or enter a user-defined adjustment. 

4.4.8

  Offer 

Available in the Article Options. 
This function can also be called via the MenuCard or the Extended Functions menu. The 
offer function is used to move one article or the complete order to a house bon. This 
means that the guests do not have to pay for these items.
